Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping :


We offer anywhere shipping in India.


We take the utmost care in shipping your products. But to make all the process smooth and easy please allow us 1-3 working days to dispatch your order. Orders are typically placed before 12 noon on a business day, we aim to ship same day subject to card security clearance, payment received and stock availability confirmed. Orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped the next business day. Orders received during Sundays or holidays are shipped on the following Monday or the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, processing may take longer and shipping may be delayed, so please bear with us. If your pin code is only reachable through India Speed Post, you must include it in the notes so that we can ship through it. One or more additional days are required to deliver to rural home addresses.

 

There is no minimum order value for placing an order with Hospriqs and we collect at Rs.50 per kg across India. Its free shipping above Rs.1000.

Hospriqs uses Delhivery, Shiplite, India Post and all leading courier companies for shipment of your products and generally the estimated time taken to deliver any product is 48 hours to 72 hours anywhere in India Is. However if the product is heavy then the parcel will be shipped by surface (road) which will take 7 -10 days to reach the customer unless immediate delivery or by air is requested by the customer. But parcels shipped by air or surface may be delayed if there is an unseen or unforeseen issue.

Unexpected problems can be anything like:

 

# Unable to reach the client.

# Customer’s phone number is not working / not reachable.

# Any kind of strike in city or in courier company.

# Any natural calamity like earthquake, flood, drought etc.

# Any raid by any government department.

# Any kind of accident during transit.

Order Cancellation:


If we receive a cancellation e-mail and by that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Navkar Decor reserves the right to decide whether an order should be canceled or not. Furthermore, the Customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Navkar Decor and to accept Navkar Decor’s decision regarding cancellation.

 

No request for cancellation of an order once placed on www.navkardecor.com will be entertained. If we have to accept a cancellation, a restocking fee of 10% of the total order amount (excluding shipping amount) will be charged. However once the order is placed, the customer can cancel the order only if the order status is showing as “Pending” under the order history. Cancellation has to be done within (maximum) 2 hours of placing an order. To cancel your order, you will need to contact our customer support team by sending an email giving your order number. You can also track your order under Your Account -> Orders tab, we will also mail you the tracking details after shipping. the parcel .
