To cancel an order you have placed with us, you must contact customer support by email (hospriqs@gmail.com) or by phone (9874691934). Cancellation will be accepted provided the shipment is yet to be effected. A full refund (in case of prepaid orders only) will be initiated and funds will reflect in the customer account within 4 to 5 days of cancellation.
