Cancellation & Refund Policy

In case of any return request (process mentioned below), we will only issue a STORE CREDIT which may be used for future purchases from Hospriqs.

Products without Embroidery can be returned within 7 days of delivery. We do not have a courier pickup facility and items are to be sent back to us at the customer’s cost. The product cost along with GST will be refunded to the customer on receipt of the product in a resalable condition. The refund amount will reflect in the customer’s account within 4 to 5 days of initiating the refund. 

Order Cancellation Policy:

To cancel an order, you have placed with us, you must contact customer support by email (hospriqs@gmail.com). Cancellation will not be entertained for customized orders that have been already processed. Cancellation will be accepted provided the shipment is yet to be affected. A full refund will be initiated and funds will reflect in the customer’s account within 4 to 5 days of cancellation

Size Exchange Policy:

Garments without embroidery in new condition can be exchanged for size. Customers will have to courier back the garment(s) at their own cost and we will send the size of their choice on receipt of the same on the same day that we receive provided the item is in stock. Products that are out of stock typically will be back in stock within 7 days and will be shipped as soon as available.
